Nani and Nithya’s Sega!

Alamodalindi movie hit pair Nani and Nithya Menon are back together on screen with the film "Sega". It is a bilingual film in Tamil the film has been titled "Vepaam". The film is making in both the languages simultaneously. Apart from Nithya Menon another heroine Bindhu Madhavi is also playing the second female lead role in this film.

It is being directed by Anajana Ali Khan, who is an associate of director Gautham Menon and also a close friend of Ala Modalaindi’s director Nandini Reddy. The Tamil version has been produced by Gautham Menon and the Telugu version by Ashok Vallabhaneni. Music is scoring by Joshua Sridhar of Premiste fame.

This film is about how life takes a drastic turn when decisions are taken in anger, mainly the movie focused on the youth and their temperamental nature.

The movie audio will be launched shortly and the movie is expected to release either in the last week of April or the first week of May.

The pair Nani and Nithya Menon proved as hit pair with the film Ala Modalaindi and we have to wait for the fate of this movie.

Eega shoot kicks-off, Tamil rights sold for 5crores

Ace director S.S Rajamouli’s new experimental film Eega has kicked off with the shooting today.

Way2movies has earlier reported that the Tamil rights of the Eega has been sold for an all-time record price and now the number for which Eega has been sold out has been revealed. It’s an unbelievable and the highest price so far for any Tollywood film to be made in Tamil. Buzz is that Eega got a price close to Rs 5 crores for the Tamil version which is bagged by a high-flying producer in Kollywood.

Eega stars Nani and Samantha in the lead roles while Kannada star Sudeep plays an important role. The price for the Tamil version of Eega speaks volumes of craze the film generated among the film buffs and in the Kollywood industry. Both Telugu and Tamil versions of Eega are being shot simultaneously.

Nani’s Pilla Zamindar in Guntur!

Young hero Nani’s new flick "Pilla Zamindar" shooting is going in Guntur surroundings presently. There the film unit will continue its shooting till February 20th. So far the movie has completed around 70% of the film shooting. Bindhu Madhavi and Haripriya are playing the female lead roles.

It will be directed by Ashok, the director of \’Aakasha Ramanna\’. D.S.Rao, who earlier produced films like \’Drona\’, \’Kalavar King\’ etc., will produce the film. Music will be composed by Selva Ganesh.

Nani\’s recently released Ala Modalaindi film got the good response from the audience. After the success of Ala Modalaindi , Nani has lots of expectations on this movie also.

‘Veppam’ of Naani to be dubbed as ‘Sega’!

Naani and Nitya Menon paired up for a Telugu film ‘Ala Modalayindi’ directed by Nandini Reddy and produced by KL Damodar Prasad on the banner of Sri Rajith Films and the film was running with houseful crowds. Even before this film, the combination of the hero and heroine was proved a hit pair in a Tamil film ‘Veppam’ directed by Anjana Ali Khan and produced by maverick director Gautham Menon. The success of ‘Ala Modalayindi’ prompted the producers to dub the film into Telugu and efforts are being made to complete all the post- production works as early as possible. As per information the Telugu version of the film was titled ‘Sega’ and Naani is playing the role of a slum boy.
