Raviteja’s father Arrested!

Mass Maharaja Raviteja facing the problems from his family members. We all know that recently Raviteja’s borthers Raghu Babu and Bharat, caught were caught red handedly by the Task Force in Hyderabad for allegedly buying banned drugs. The duo also blamed the media persons by calling’ idiots’ and ’dirty fellows’.

Now the latest news is that Raviteja’s father Bhoopathi Raju was arrested on Yesterday (May 9th, 2011) at the Golden Club in Ranigunj on gambling charges for playing a game of cards.

According to the Mahankali assistant commissioner of police, Mr G.P. Vasusena, around 46 people were caught red-handed while playing cards in violation of AP Gaming Act.

Bhoopathi Raju is 70 years old and he was among those playing the cards illegally in the club.

Police seized around Rs 38,350 from the accused. Raids were conducted on the club around at 6 pm on Monday.

As per the reports the arrested persons would be presented before a court on Today.

Crazy hero Raviteja’s upcoming film "Veera" shooting presently going on in surroundings of Rajahmundry. After this schedule, film unit is planned to do next schedule in Hyderabad. Ravi Teja, Charmi, Ajay and Subba Raju\’s Latest film \’Dongala Mutha\’ was launched on Wednesday(9th Feb) and completed the shooting on Sunday(13th Feb) in just 5 days.

Mass Raja recollected Balakrishna's punc!

From a long time, a rumor is doing rounds in the Telugu Film Industry that Nandamuri Balakrishna has slapped Mass Raja Raviteja. No one knows, how far it is true, but some sources say that because of heroine Meera Jasmin, differences raised between these two mass heroes. Meera Jasmin worked with Balakrishna in 'MAHARATHI' and Raviteja in 'BHADRA'.

Now, Raviteja has recalled the same incident and it is for that reason he has postponed the release date of his film, is industry talk. Initially Raviteja planned to release his latest flick 'MIRAPAKAYA' under Harish Shankar's direction along with Nag's RAGADA. Due to some unfinished post production work, the date has been moved to Jan 12th, the day on which Balayya-Dasari’s Sankranthi special 'PARAMA VEERA CHAKRA' is releasing. The date is confirmed to all distributors till some days back and suddenly the makers of Raviteja's flick changed the release date to January 13th. Whether there is any particular marketing reason or only the fear of Balayya's PVC behind this decision remained unanswered.
