Sunil to play lead role in Tanu weds Manu remake

Dil Raju is planning to remake the Bollywood recently released hit film Tanu weds Manu in Telugu version. The latest buzz in Tollywood is that Sunil will play the lead role in the film.

The producers are said to have approached Sunil and the comedian turned hero is said to have given green signal for the film. Dil Raju, Bujji and Tagore Madhu will jointly produce the movie under a new production house. Other details of the cast and crew of the film are yet to be finalized.

Sunil’s New Film in March!

Comedian turned hero Sunil’s fourth film as hero "Napoleon" is going to be launched in the second week of March. Sunil’s recent released KSD Appalraju film gone dud at box office. After KSD Appalaraju film flop there was a rumored that Napoleon film will not go on sets, but now it is all set to be launched soon. Napoleon is going to be directed by new debutant Koti, who worked as co-director to SS Rajamouli and it is produced by NRI Ganesh Indukuri,who is a good friend of Sunil. More details will be announced shortly.

KSD Appalaraju got U/A Certificate!

Director RGV\’s forthcoming film "Katha Screenplay Direction Appalaraju" is all set to hit the silver screens on February 18th.The film first copy has submitted the censor board for certification and the movie was awarded with U/A certificate, without any cuts. The film has Sunil, Swathi, Sakshi Gulati in the lead roles.

It is produced by Kiran Kumar Koneru under Shreya Productions banner. Koti has composed the music and Sudhakar Yakkanti is the cinematographer.

Aadarsh Balakrishna, Ajay, Brahmanandam, Ali, Tanikella Bharani, Venumadhav, Raghubabu, Krishnudu, Jayaprakash Reddy, MS Narayana, Chalapathi Rao, Suman Shetty and others are acting in this film.

Two more comedians joined in Dongala Muta’s team!

Ramgopal Varma’s recently launched "Dongala Muta" film third shooting is going on in Rock Castle hotel in Hyderabad. Now the latest news is that two more actors joined in that Dongala Muta’s team. The film was supposed to be completed within 5 days schedule, however it might be extended by a day due to comedian Brahmanandam busy schedule, presently Brahmanandam is busy with the other shootings.

KSD Appalaraju releasing on Feb 10th!

 

Director Ram Gopal Varma’s comedy entertainer film ‘Katha Screenplay Darsakatvam Appalraju’ release date has been postponed to February 10th. Earlier the movie was slated for a release on February 4th, but due to delay in post-production works movie has been postponed. Colors Swathi and Sakshi Gulati are playing the female lead roles opposite to Comedian turned hero Sunil. 

  

The movie is made with the hard hitting satires on film industry celebrities and media persons. The film has been made on the banner of Shreya Production. Kiran Kumar Koneru is the Producer. Music by Koti.

KSD Appalaraju moves away from Pongal!

Ram Gopal Varma’s undershoot directorial, Katha Screenplay Darsakatvam Appala Raju which was supposed to reach the big screens for Sankranti will now postpone by a week or two. The postponement is due to the strike that underwent in Tollywood.Sources say that the shooting of the film is yet to be completed and Varma is busy in finalizing the schedule of scenes that are to be shot on 23 artistes at a time. ‘KSD Appalaraju’ likely to be put off by a week!

The controversial film of Ram Gopal Varma, ‘Katha Screenplay Darsakatvam Appala Raju’ which is being made with satires on the Telugu film industry in general was supposed to hit the screens on January 12 as a Sankranti gift. However, the film shooting yet to be completed and hence the director may postpone the release of the film by another week or two. It is a surprise that the release dates of Ram Gopal Varma’s films in recent times are getting postponed due to some or other circumstances. His film ‘Rakta Charitra’ also faced a different situation and got postponed for twice or thrice. It is learnt that RGV needs 23 artistes at a time to shoot some scenes and it has become a tough task for him to secure the dates of all the artistes together. However, the producer of the film Kirankumar Koneru is of the firm opinion to release the film at least by January 19.
