The eligible and qualified candidates have to apply either online or offline. The candidates have to apply through online from www.dvc.gov.in website between 14-05-2011 to 04-06-2011 till might night. The candidates follow the instructions at the time of online apply.
Instructions for online apply:
1. Candidates have to apply through online from www.dvc.gov.in between 14-05-2011 to 04-06-2011.
2. Before apply online, candidate’s download the fee payment challan and pay the application fee at State Bank of India, in a specially opened DVC Account No. 31728459593.
3. Candidates should assemble to have 6 identical passport size photographs duly attested by Gazetted Officer.
4. Candidates having a valid e-mail ID, which shall be valid for at least 6 months, before applying online.
5. Departmental candidates shall have to provide employee number, date of joining in DVC, present designation, place of positing etc., they have to enter the online application form.
6. After successfully submission of online application, candidates are advised to take print out of the two copies of registration slip and send on of them after pasting a recent passport size photograph at appropriate place and attested by Gazetted officer.
7. Another copy of the registration slip should be kept with candidates for future reference and use.
8. The candidates has to send one copy of the registration slip, with attested photograph and signature, along with all necessary certificates, to the following address by ordinary post, on or before, 09-06-2011, The Advertiser (DVC), Post Box NO.9248 Krishna Nagar Head Post Office, Delhi-110051.

Closing date for online submission: 04/06/2011, up to might night.
Last date for receipt of registration slip: 09/06/2011.
Opening date for offline application: 14/05/2011.
Last date for receipt of offline application: 13/06/2011, till 5.00 pm.
Date of written examination: 10/07/2011, Sunday.
