Overall Responsibilities:
§ Participate in delivering and exceeding client service level commitments.
§ Receive and resolve inbound client networking support calls via a phone queue
§ Resolve inbound client tickets from portal as required.
§ Utilize trouble ticket application and databases to manage and resolve the client issues.
§ Utilize other customized Networking tools and processes to help identify the root cause of technical problems.
§ Research and resolve customer inquiries for the various products and services Technology offers.
§ Effectively articulate necessary technical and non-technical information to clients in a simple and concise manner.
§ Must meet or exceed individual performance goals and metrics focused on providing superior Business support.
§ Communicate and work effectively with staff in all levels of the organization
§ Perform other duties as required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications & Experience:
§ Freshers are Welcome.
§ One to Three years experience in
Technical Support on desktop / networking &
Phone support to B2B clients &
Supporting North America region
Web based application support experience is an added advantage.
§ Extensive knowledge including installation, configuration and maintenance, of Windows OS’s.
§ A working knowledge of Mac and UNIX, with previous related support experience highly desirable.
§ Strong understanding of the use and configuration of Internet browsers, specifically IE and Firefox.
§ Thorough understanding of the Internet and related concepts.
§ Must possess a balanced hybrid skill-set which consistently delivers superior support for both technical and non-technical issues.
§ Must possess superior customer-focused skills which will produce success supporting customers of varying degrees of sophistication and computer literacy.
§ Must have outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
§ Must view customer satisfaction as something s/he personally owns from beginning to end.
